Winner must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to own/possess a firearm under federal and Mississippi law. Prize must be claimed through Heritage Firearms in Hattiesburg and is subject to completion ATF form 4473 and a successful NICS/background check. If winner is ineligible, fails the background check, or cannot legally receive the firearm, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be drawn. No cash substitution.
Drawing will be held June 26. Winner need not be present to win.
